The Purchasing Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids and to make awards in the best interest of Monroe County. All requests for bid clarification must be submitted in writing to the Buyer referenced above and received no later than close of business (5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time) on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. All questions will be answered and documented in writing as an Addendum to the Bid. These will be sent out to all Bidders who received the original Bid no later than Tuesday, September 9, 2021. Contract will start with the date of the contract award and run through September 30, 2022, with the option to renew the contract up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods with the mutual consent of both parties.
