**As of April 30, 2024, the project was awarded to Milwaukee General Construction, with an awarded amount of $340,930.30.** This project consists of approximately 2710 SY of concrete alley reconstruction in the City of Glendale, East of N Elm Tree Rd and East of Ironwood Lane between W Rock Place and W Glendale Ave. The project also includes spot replacement of concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, and driveway, as well as alternate bid items for storm sewer and traffic calming concrete median islands Pre-Qualification: Yes.
