Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Metomen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Proposed Construction Consists of Improvements at Wells No. 4, No. 5, and No. 6 Including Chemical Feed Room Additions; Mcc Replacement; Generator Installation; Plumbing, Electrical, and Hvac Upgrades; and Other Miscellaneous Items of Work. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bidder's Bond for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid as Provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Bid Will Remain Open for 45 Days After the Date of Bid Opening or for Such Longer Period of Time That Bidder May Agree to in Writing Upon Request of the Owner. Rejection of Bids. The Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities. Unless the Bids Are Rejected for Good Cause, Award of Contract Shall Be Made to the Lowest Responsible and Responsive Bidder.
