Description

Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

Rehabilitate Parallel Taxiway Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. A DBE Goal for this project is set at 7.02%. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids, except that bids for any bidder who Consents to Extend Bid Award may, at the request of the Borough, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed but in no event exceeding 150 calendar days. The Borough of Pottstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids
