The proposed Work is to provide a permanent sand and salt storage facility as indicated. Provide a pre-engineered structure consisting of a membrane tensioned over steel framework. The storage floor area shall be entirely free of columns and roof supports of any type allowing unimpeded unloading of tractor trailer dump trucks and loading of truckspreader vehicles with front-end loading equipment. The interior space of the structure shall be entirely free of supports, wires, cables, or any other objects which might impede unloading of tandem and dump trailers trucks within building space.
