The amount of the Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit shall equal to 10% of the grand total bid. the successful bidder will be required to submit a one-hundred percent (100%) performance bond as set forth in Exhibit A within ten (10) days of written notice of acceptance of his bid. 2. A Statement of Bidder Resources and Experience, 3. A Non-Collusion Affidavit, 4. Personal Property Tax Verification Affidavit, Independent Contractor Indemnification Clause, 5. A State of Ohio, Equal Opportunity Division, Certificate of Compliance Bidders must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates on public improvements in Medina County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Industrial Compliance Division Wage and Hour Section. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The Architect's Construction Estimate is $110,000.00. The Hinckley Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and also the right to waive any informality in the Bid. The Township has the right to postpone the decision to award a contract for up to sixty (60) days.
