Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hinckley, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of improvements to the Hinckley WWTP electrical system, with new main transformer, new low voltage switch gear, two step down transformers, 1 switchboard, 6 panel boards, 7 motor control centers and 2 standalone variable frequency drives, associate wiring, terminations and other work indicated in the contract documents. Bid security, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, letter of credit (10% of the maximum total bid price) or Bid Bond (for the full amount of the total bid price), must accompany each Bid. The project will be funded through Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA). The successful Bidder shall comply with all related requirements as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Submit all Pre-bid Questions in writing to the engineer. Deadline to submit Pre-bid questions is Thursday, September 18th by 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Board of Commissioners of Medina County reserves the right to reject any and all bids to waive any informalities or irregularities, and further, reserves the right to accept any bids or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of Medina County, Ohio.
