Medina County Sanitary Engineers (MCSE) is issuing a Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural, design engineering, and construction administration services for the remodeling of the Administration Building at the Hinckley Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) The Administration Building was constructed in 1976 and consists of approximately 2,300 square feet. It is a single-story concrete block structure on a slab foundation with a hollow-core roof system and brick facade. The building is attached to a garage used for vehicle and tool storage. The existing Administration Building no longer adequately supports current operational and staff needs and expanded and modernized facilities are required.
