SCOPE OF WORK: Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of combining two projects: 1) 5072: Access Barrier Removal (ABR) including the widening of existing pedestrian walkways and fire access routes and accessible routes of travel, relocation of existing light poles, upgrade electrical vault for traffic load, provide landscaping to act as wayfinding features for the blind students, relocate part of existing play area away from fire access and accessibility routes and improve play area drainage, and 2) 7063: Installation of electrical connections for 4 future MSF (Modular Systems Furniture) workstations (N.I.C.), removal/replacement of existing 277/480V panel board with new 120/208V, 3-phase panel board, upgrade Building 56 main feeder, replace Building 54 (adjacent to Building 56) main switchboard and connect electrical lines through an underground trench between Buildings 54 and 56.
