The Project consists of repair and recoating of two elevated storage tanks, clean and paint valve piping, repair grout at foundations, and all appurtenances. The tanks included are the Caledonia Road tank (750,000 gallons) and the 401 South tank (500,000 gallons). The proposed start date for the work is Spring/Summer of 2025. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined at City of Laurinburg, at City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 221, Laurinburg, North Carolina 28352; on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Prospective bidders must purchase Bidding Documents directly through Duncan Parnell in order to be considered an official plan holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
