As of May 15, 2024, this project was awarded to Acme Construction, awarded amount is $3,970,738.88. The Construction Contract will be awarded in compliance with Salt Lake City's Building Improvement and Public Works Bidding Program which takes into account certain factors in the Bidder's work environment (See Salt Lake City Code Section 3.24.115) (See Document 00 22 16, Article 1.2, paragraph "A" for a link to the City Code). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
