Bid will be awarded to the lowest priced bidder that satisfactorily meets all requested specifications. The Governing Board of Directors of the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to award to any party considered to be in the best interest of the Authority. In the event of a tie preference will be given to minority/woman owned businesses, businesses with a drug free workplace program, businesses who produce their product in Florida, and lastly the bid that was received first. The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority seeks to purchase a Cla-Valve pressure relief valve for the Key Largo Pump Station as set forth in the specifications below. The FKAA, at its sole discretion, will determine whether the proposed valve meets the required specifications. Specifications: - 12" 315SS FLG end PRV - 50A-70BPY TT TTE 300FA 300ANSI - FLG ANGLE BODY, 100-300 ADJ. RANGE - P1 0-300 PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE WITH HIGH CAPACITY PILOT SYSTEM - 316SS MAIN VALVE ANGLE BODY, INLET PRESSURE GAUGE - Manufacturer Cla-Val or Equal
