Description The Trustees of the California State University will receive electronic bid proposals in for furnishing all labor and materials for a single Job Order Contract, the San Diego State University campus, and the Brawley and Imperial Valley campuses. Bid proposal packages are obtainable only by prequalified contractors, licensed in the State of California with a B General Building Contractor license, and registered with the DIR to bid public works projects. Notice of Intent to Award issue date April 25, 2024 Contract Commencement Date May 2024 Prequalification of Prospective Bidders form due April 10, 2024, 5:00 p.m. The time period for this contract shall be 365 calendar days from the date of the overall contract Notice to Proceed or the point at which the maximum value of the contract is achieved, whichever occurs first. the Contract General Conditions for Job Order Contracts, regarding the necessity to provide Bid Security in the amount of $25,000 in the payment forms specified, and the successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the maximum contract amount.
