Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of resurfacing approximately 1,390 square yards of asphalt surface removal. Construction of approximately 485 square yards of concrete pavement. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following bid items: HMA binder and surface course, aggregate base course, combination curb & gutter and miscellaneous storm sewer items. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities, technicalities, and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village Questions regarding this project should be directed to Mark Lattner, Project Engineer, Village of Mount Prospect, Public Works, 847-870-5640.
