The project consists of furnishing all the materials, labor, equipment and incidentals for the dredging and landscape restoration of BASIN #2 in the Kensington Business Park and all other incidental work. All work under this Bid and the resulting contract shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and the other applicable laws and ordinances. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities, technicalities, and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package.
