Site work and paving for a civil project in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Approximately $1,500,000. COMPLETION OF WORK. The WORK must be completed 120 Days from commencement of construction work and no later than October 1, 2024. This Project consists of reconstruction of 10th Street between Egan Drive and Glacier Avenue and minor storm drain improvements at the intersection of West 8th Street and Glacier Avenue in downtown Juneau including various quantities of mobilization, traffic control, demolition and disposal, erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, excavation and imported fill, water, sewer and storm drain pipe, structures and appurtenances, pavement and concrete surfacing, curb and gutter, topsoil and seeding, construction surveying, signage, striping, street lighting and associated electrical and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete project. BIDDING, CONTRACT, or TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid, payable to the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. A Bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is provided as prescribed in Section 00100, Article 12, at the time of bid. All contractors are required to have a current Alaska Contractor's License, prior to submitting a Bid, and a current Alaska Business License prior to award. The Bidder shall guarantee the Bid for a period of 120 Days from the date of Bid opening. Any component of the Bid may be awarded anytime during the 120 Days.
