ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Approximately $1,600,000 This Project consists of the following Base Bid and Alternates. BASE BID: Reconstruction of Lawson Creek Road from Crow Hill Drive to the end of the Right of Way at entrance to Crow Hill Parking Road 3 and Raven Road in its entirety , to include part of the intersection of Crow Hill Drive and Lawson Creek Road, the replacement of the road base and asphalt, asphalt sidewalks, and curb and gutter and water, some sewer work, and addition of storm pipes and structures. WORK will consist of clearing and grubbing, excavation, replacement of the roadway section with 2-inch minus shot rock with base course, and asphalt pavement, and other miscellaneous related WORK. ADDITIVE ALTERNATE 1: proposed WORK will consist of connecting water utilities on Creek Street and other related WORK.
