Renovation of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This state funded project will renovate the Snack Bar on the 8th floor of the Juneau State Office Building (JSOB) in Juneau, Alaska. Work includes installation of a new vent hood and soffit, new rooftop makeup air unit, new counters, new flooring and wall panels, and the installation of various owner-furnished equipment. Engineers Estimate Range: Between $200,000 and $500,000 All work shall be substantially completed by May 27, 2026 To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract.
