The length of the contract will be from the date of award, approximately May 2, 2024. After receipt of a Delivery Order, all deliveries must be made after July 1, 2024 and final delivery no later than September 28, 2024. Notice of Intent to Award April 22, 2024 Deadline for Receipt of Bids / Bid Due Date 2:00PM April 17, 2024 All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm telephone conversations in writing. Two types of questions generally arise. One may be answered by directing the questioner to a specific section of the ITB. These questions may be answered over the telephone At reasonable times, the state may inspect those areas of the contractor's place of business that are related to the performance of a contract. If the state makes such an inspection, the contractor must provide reasonable assistance. Bidders must comply with all of the terms of the ITB, the State Procurement Code (AS 36.30), and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations.
