Provide walkway canopies for building ELC-4 as shown on the drawings. The canopy for ELC-2 will be bid as an ADD alternate. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have a proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have a general license classification for Limited, Intermediate, and Unlimited. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
