The Village of Palmetto Bay is currently soliciting bids for water main improvements. A bid guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bid without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening and reading bids. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to terminate the process at any time, rebid the Project, waive any informalities, technicalities or irregularities, to disregard all non-conforming, conditional or counter-bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents, or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the Village.
