Site work for a mixed-use development in Palmetto Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Village is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the existing irrigation pump station and upgrade the irrigation system to a fully automated and pressurized system at Palmetto Bay Park located at 17535 SW 95 Avenue, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. This project will be completed in three (3) phases to restore and enhance irrigation functionality across park facilities. These services are to be provided with certain performance measures defined by this RFP. The objective of this project is to: 1. Replace the existing irrigation pump station. 2. Establish a fully automated and pressurized irrigation system. 3. Restore and improve irrigation efficiency across all park areas. 4. Expand automation capabilities to include athletic field diamonds. Inquiries must be received by Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, no later than 3:00 p.m. The Addendum will be posted by Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, no later than 3:00 p.m. on Demand Star.
