Work required may include, but is not limited to the following trades: Site-work, Carpentry, Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Concrete Placing, Asphalt, Site Grading, Painting, Landscaping, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc. CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed.
