Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palmetto Bay, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of September 02, 2025, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The Village is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for exterior improvements to the Village Hall Municipal Center and Public Services Building. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and any other appurtenances necessary for the completion of this project. Paint finish would be per Villages recommendation. To be considered, all interested Parties must request copies of the bid documents and submit one (1) original and a flash drive containing a copy of the entire original submission in one (1) sealed package clearly marked with the bid titled Village Hall Municipal Center and Public Services Building Exterior Improvements ITB# 2025-11-014. THE PACKAGE MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE VILLAGE CLERK, INCLUDING THE PACKAGE TITLE. A bid guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the solicitation. The bid documents may be obtained on or after Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to terminate the process at any time, rebid the Project, waive any informalities, technicalities or irregularities, to disregard all non-conforming, conditional or counter-bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents, or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the Village.
