Site work and paving for a civil project in Palmetto Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Village is seeking bids from a qualified Company to construct a paving and drainage improvement project. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Inquiries regarding the ITB, including requests for clarification of the ITB, must be in writing. With respect to questions about the meaning or intent of the Project Specifications or Drawings, all questions shall be submitted in writing to the Village within seventy-two (72) hours after the receipt of the Project Specifications or Drawings. All inquiries shall only be directed to: Alessia Bencomo Procurement Specialist Finance Department 9705 E. Hibiscus Street Palmetto Bay, FL 33157 Email: abencomo@palmettobay-fl.gov Construct a paving and drainage improvement project for the Village (Invitation to Bid# 2026-11-004). The Project areas are generally located at the following locations: 1. 9240 SW 168 Street 2. SW 174 Street and SW 93 Place (West Side of SW 93 Place) 3. SW 151 Street and SW 80 Avenue (Northbound Lane along SW 80 Avenue) To be considered, all interested Parties must request copies of the bid documents and submit one (1) original and a flash drive containing a copy of the entire original submission in one (1) sealed package clearly marked with the bid titled "Paving and Drainage Improvements Project (Localized Drainage Projects) ITB# 2026-11-004". THE PACKAGE MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE VILLAGE CLERK, INCLUDING THE PACKAGE TITLE. A bid guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the solicitation. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bid without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening and reading bids. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to terminate the process at any time, rebid the Project, waive any informalities, technicalities or irregularities, to disregard all non-conforming, conditional or counter-bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents, or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the Village.
