This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 (23 February 2024). The MICC -FB intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for two trailer-mounted, high-definition LED Video Screens for US Army Twilight Tattoo performance series executed by the US Army Military District of Washington at Summerall Field, Joint Base Meyer Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), VA in April through August 2024 and same periods in FY25, 26, 27, and 28. Any questions with respect to the solicitation shall be submitted not later than 4:00 PM EST 2 days after the posting date on page 1 Period of Performance: 15 April 2024 - 14 April 2029 Small Business Set Aside 100% The contractor shall provide: a. Two (2) trailer-mounted, LED video screens with minimum dimensions of 13' x 23', 8mm resolution, and capable of being elevated at least 12' from ground level and capable of self-power generation. b. Support computers, cable packages, fiber lines, power lines, production monitors, switchers and cable mats needed to fully operate the screen system and provide playback capability for government provided video content. c. Skirting for any exposed elements of the trailer (i.e. undercarriage and control station) that detract from the overall appearance of the screen system. d. Decking to protect grass/turf, emplaced under trailer landing legs as well as associated labor to install/remove decking. e.
