Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Project consists of but not limited to roof replacement, including demolition of existing roofing and related accessories, selective roof sheathing replacement, new asphalt shingle roofing and flashing, new gutters, and downspouts. The Work includes repairs to existing landscaping and construction as required to restore the premises to the condition existing prior to start of construction. The work is estimated to cost $118,476.00. Bids are subject to the M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to federal Davis Bacon Wage Rate Determinations. The Project consists of but not limited to: Roof replacement, including the following: a.Demolition of existing roofing and related accessories. b.Selective roof sheathing replacement c.New asphalt shingle roofing and flashing d.New gutters and downspouts e.The Work includes repairs to existing landscaping and construction as required to restore the premises to the condition existing prior to start of construction
