Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

McMackin Field Demolition Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of work: - Remove and dispose of memorial flagpole, and all related appurtenances. - Remove and dispose of old sign support structures, footings, and related appurtenances at park entrance and adjacent to concession stand building. - Remove and dispose of all other single pole signs and footings. - Remove and dispose of ALL interior chain link fence, including poles, fabric, footings, and related appurtenances. - Remove and dispose of chain link back stop, including poles, fabric, footings, and related appurtenances. - Remove and dispose of the wooden outfield fence, scoreboard, and related appurtenances. - Remove and dispose of all netting, related supports, and appurtenances. - Remove and dispose of decorative metal fence and related hardware at park entrance. - Remove and dispose of the “field house” building, related support structure and all appurtenances. - Remove and dispose of all dugout structures (2) and related hardware. - Remove and dispose of press box structure and related hardware. - Remove and dispose of concession stand building and related hardware. Remove the rear building wall ONLY if it is independent of the retaining wall behind it. - Remove and dispose of timber wall along first base side. - Remove and dispose of aluminum seating, metal railings and all other hardware from first base and third base stands. - Remove and dispose of all loose debris and/or unnatural materials.
