Saving Project...

Renovation of a museum in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Recently the Northeast Metro Tech students installed a new HVAC system in the Revere History Museum. The system is installed, however, requires some additional connections from the new equipment to the existing equipment. The following tasks are required, and we request a quote that provides materials cost and labor cost, using the wage rates attached. Tasks include 1. Remove abandoned heating zone in boiler room. 2. Add 4 new zones of heating supply and return 3. Furnish and install isolation valves at boiler and at each fan unit 4. Automatic air vents on each side of fan units 5. Install 4 circulator pumps including high heat pumps where needed due to distance/pipe length 6. All necessary piping and fittings to new pipe mains (pipe mains already installed by others) in basement ceiling 7. Flow check valves and purge valves on each zone 8. Supply 4 zone relay (for whomever is doing electrical work) 9. Repair the leaking valve in the basement from the 2nd floor rear bathroom All Questions must be submitted in writing and must be received prior to 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 15, 2024. A. The City of Revere, Department of Planning and Community Development, is requesting written responses for the furnishing plumbing upgrades at the Revere History Museum, as further described in ATTACHMENT A, Scope of Services.
