Site work for a water / sewer project in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sewer System Rehabilitation - Phase 14. Includes the following: prep. cleaning of existing sewers, service laterals, & manholes; CCTV inspection; spot replace of sewers & service laterals; replace. of sewers more than 10-ft; install of new sewers; removal of protruding taps; install of 8-in - 15-in cured-in-place pipe lining; manhole rehab.: interior cement/epoxy manhole lining, corbel repair & rebuilding, replace. of manhole frames & covers, rebuilding of manhole bench & invert; install. of new precast concrete manholes; locate/raise buried manholes with the use of grade adjustment rings; install of 4, 5, & 6-in service lateral connection lines which extend a minimum of 24-in into the lateral. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs. Project No. CWSRF 7123 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by Revere City Hall Office of the Purchasing Agent, 281 Broadway, Revere, MA 02151, Attn: Mr. Michael A. Piccardi at least ten days before the date herein set for the opening of bids.
