Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lampeter, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Prevailing wages apply. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Township and accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to West Lampeter Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract will be required within twenty (20) days of the award. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for Bid Opening. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
