The principal items of work to be performed under the contract are: 1) site demolition; 2) full-depth pavement removal; 3) full-depth pavement shoulder widening; 4) installation of concrete curb and sidewalk; 5) installation of ADA curb ramps; 6) modification to existing stormwater collection and conveyance system; 7) installation of new stormwater collection and conveyance system; 8) driveway pavement restoration; 9) site grading, topsoil and seeding; 10) pavement markings and signage; and 11) work of similar nature.
