2025 Road Projects (Asphalt Paving and Seal Coat) Questions Due Date: Mar 20th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to West Lampeter Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Instructions The Township of West Lampeter reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids thereof, and waive any information in the bidding, as they deem are in the best interest of the Township.
