Renovation of an educational facility in Cowley, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 35,107-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Rocky Mountain Elementary School HVAC Upgrades Project This project includes HVAC replacements for the Rocky Mountain Elementary School. This project consists of HVAC upgrades, replacement of existing boilers, existing hot water heater, new rooftop units and adding cooling to the existing unit. The work within the project includes (but not limited to): Selective demolition, HVAC and plumbing equipment, roof repairs, ceiling repairs and concrete work. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the proposal. Successful bidder to provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 9, 2024
