Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cowley, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
BHCSD #1 requests proposals from qualified engineering firms for design and construction phase engineering and surveying services for paving of two parking lots at the Rocky Mountain MS/HS Football Stadium, 404 S 3rd E in Cowley, WY. The intent is for the existing gravel parking lots to be paved, striped, and made ADA-compliant through a publicly bid construction contract in summer 2026. Proposals shall be submitted as a single pdf document via email. Proposals must not exceed 20 pages and shall include firm and project manager qualifications, example projects by the firm, no less than three references with contact information, a detailed scope of services, and proposed engineering fee. Selection will be based on qualifications of the consulting firm. The owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and select a consultant in the best interest of BHCSD #1.
