The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, appliances, transportation, and services necessary for the removal of unclassified excavation, the placement of subgrade aggregates, separation fabric, hot plant bituminous pavement, and miscellaneous work for new parking lots located at the Rocky Mountain High School property in the Town of Cowley, WY as per plans, drawings, specifications, and job conditions as called for in the Project Manual. Bids must be furnished on forms supplied by Big Horn County School District #1. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked with the project name and number and must show the name and address of the bidder on the outside. Bids not prepared and filed in accordance with the instructions to bidders may be rejected. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. At the time of executing the agreement, a performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, must be provided. No bid will be considered if not accompanied by such bond or if not in conformance with specified provisions. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. The district also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder to keep the project within budget. Estimate at $600,000.00 to $650,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
