MATERIALS ONLY necessary for: Five (5) 19.0' x 6.08' aluminum box culverts with headwalls & wingwalls All bids must be furnished on forms supplied by Sidon Irrigation District. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked SIDON IRRIGATION DISTRICT, COUNTY ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT #PME-032503 and shall show the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. Sidon Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security with sufficient surety for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid, payable to and to be forfeited to, the Sidon Irrigation District as liquidated damages if bidder fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days after award to bidder, or fails, at the time of executing the agreement, to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The Contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid, if the certified resident's bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder (Wyo. Stat. 16-6-101, et seq.). Materials must be supplied as soon as possible, but no later than December 31, 2025.
