Site work for a municipal facility in Lusk, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work is described in the plans and specifications and on the bid schedule, and consists of the following major quantities (approximately): Remove Existing Cattleguard 6 Each Place Owner-supplied Cattleguard 6 Each Construct Concrete Headwall 1 Each along with various other minor items as listed on the bid schedule. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. ...the contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident s bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder. (WY Statute 16-6-102) Preference will be given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. (WY Statute 16-6-106). Niobrara County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or schedules, and to waive minor irregularities and formalities therein, and to award the contract in whole or in part in the best interest of the Owner. PROJECT SITE The work as defined in the Project Plans is located entirely within existing Right-of-Way boundaries of Cheyenne River Road in Sections 1, 12, 13, and 24, T40N, R64W and in Sections 6, 7, and 18, T40N, R63W of the 6th P.M., and of 20 Mile Road in Section 1, T35N, R67W of the 6th P.M., in Niobrara County, Wyoming
