Remodeling of a detention facility in Lusk, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a detention facility.
This project will consist of the remodel and upgrade of the Medical Isolation Room at the Wyoming Women's Center in Lusk, Wyoming. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online no later than 10:00 a.m. on January 13, 2025. Each question should be submitted individually. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 10:00 a.m. MT on January 23, 2025. Questions received after 10:00 a.m., January 13, 2025, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
