Renovation of a detention facility in Lusk, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project will consist of replacement of an aged radio equipment and repeater system. Question Deadline 02/03/2025 at 1:00 PM MT Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on February 10, 2025. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
