Renovation of a detention facility in Lusk, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project will consist of removing the existing make-up air units and replacing with new air handling units with DX cooling. It will also consist of removing all domestic water, waste and vent, and heating water piping associated with hatchery. Questions: All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online through the Public Purchase website no later than 1:00 p.m. on March 10, 2025. Each question should be submitted individually. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 17, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m., March 10, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the contractor's responsibility to check Public Purchase for addenda or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. It is the contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. Only bids submitted electronically through Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase shall be accepted. Incomplete submittals shall be rejected. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
