This project will consist of the remodel and upgrade of the Medical Isolation Room at the Wyoming Women Center in Lusk, Wyoming. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Pre Bid Note : Bidders in attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. All personnel are required to complete a background check prior to being allowed into the facility. Submit the background check paperwork to Donald Barnes at email: Donald.barnes@wyo.gov at least five (5) business days in advance of arriving at the facility for the pre-bid meeting. The background check paperwork is provided as attachments to this RFB. Questions: All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online through the Public Purchase website no later than 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2025. Each question should be submitted individually. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 10:00 a.m. MT on October 6, 2025. Questions received after 10:00 a.m., September 29, 2025, will not be addressed.
