Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lusk, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Wyoming Women's Center Perimeter Security Fence Upgrades, located at Lusk, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of selective demolition of the existing fence and retightening the fence to remain. A new Hybrid Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (HPIDS) will be installed on all existing and new perimeter fences. The earthwork for these upgrades for this project shall include, but are not limited to, upgrading the current security perimeter road with concrete paving, a new concrete sidewalk adjacent to the perimeter fence as a barrier to prevent digging beneath the new HPIDS. Associated electrical, and communication cables and components as needed for a complete HPIDS. A new Sally port will be required. Reviewing the existing perimeter fence sections, posts, etc., that require repairs. New site lighting and a new gravel perimeter fence and associated earthwork. Estimated Project Completion date is: October 31, 2025. Each project valued equal to or above $150,000.00, a bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. The Procuring Agency will release the bid bond if the bidder is awarded the contract; when the contract is executed; and when all additional documentation required by contract is received and approved. When the bid is equal to or above $150,000.00 the successful bidder must make a good faith attempt, within twenty (20) calendar days after notification of the award, to deliver to the Procuring Agency an executed Bidder's Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of the contract. **Note: The cost of the Performance and Payment Bond must be included in the bid amount. If bidder does not provide the Performance and Payment bond, the Procuring Agency may move forward with next lowest responsible bidder. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening. A bid may be rejected if it modifies any of the provisions, contract, specifications, or minimum requirements of the Request for Bid.
