The City of Bellevue (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide general professional services to support planning, engagement, and implementation work related to the City's Curb Management Plan. The selected firm(s) shall provide its services as requested by the City on an on-call task order basis throughout the duration of the Contract. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by Consultants in the preparation and submission of a Statement of Qualifications. Furthermore, the RFQ does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The successful bidder must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements.
