The general nature of the project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services and incidentals required to demolish and remove the existing restroom structure, prepare the site pad for the installation of a prefabricated restroom building per the attached subgrade pad specifications, provide utility point of connections 6' from the foundation, make the final plumbing connections at the 6' POC locations after the new restroom building is installed by the manufacturer, and pull wire, and make the final tie-in to the electrical panel from the 6' POC location after the new restroom building is installed by the manufacturer. Description The work included in this item shall consist of providing the necessary labor, equipment and machinery to demo/remove, haul away, and properly dispose of the current restroom structure. Description The work included in this item includes providing the utility point of connections 6' from the foundation. Item 4. Description The work in this item includes making the final plumbing connections at the 6' POC locations, and pulling wire and making the final tie-in to the electrical panel from the 6' POC location after the new restroom building is installed by the manufacturer. Item 5. Description The work in this item includes commissioning the building once final utility connections are made. This includes flushing & testing all water service lines before final startup.
