Fish Passage Project Clallam Conservation District invites bids for construction of the Big River Tributary Fish Passage Project. Please refer all questions to the project manager, Meghan Adamire, by email at meghan.adamire@clallamcd.org or phone (360) 775-3747 Clallam Conservation District (hereinafter "CCD") invites proposals for the construction of the Big River Tributary Fish Passage Project. The prime contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove two existing 36"-inch corrugated steel culverts and install a new 40'-span x 15'-wide prestressed concrete bridge to improve fish passage. Construction will meet all required federal, state and county codes. Estimated construction cost is between $200,000 to $240,000. Project Area Site accessed via a private driveway approximately six miles northeast of Lake Ozette in Clallam County. Site address is 12391 Hoko-Ozette Road in Clallam Bay, Washington. Do not visit the site without notifying CCD project manager in advance. Work Schedule In-stream work cannot begin until July 1, 2024 and must be completed by October 31, 2024. All contract work must be completed by November 15, 2024
