Renovation of a museum in Ogunquit, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The scope of work included in this proposal is as follows: To replace the old monitor heaters in the Heritage Museum with a new floor mounted Mini Split System. The old systems are on site and located on each side of the museum. The Town of Ogunquit reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or irregularity and to make the award of contract in the best interest of the Town of Ogunquit as the Owner. All questions regarding this contract should be directed to the Director of Public Works, Tom Torno, via email atPWdirector@ogunquit.gov , or by phone at 207-646-2062. The contractor will perform all duties involved in the removal of the old units and replace them with a new floor mounted 18,000 BTU mini split system and all components involved with the new system. This system must include control and monitoring remotly. The contractor will also provide all the clean-up and removal of the old system.
