Garfield County Public Works is requesting Sealed Bids for 165 tons of CRS-2P delivered to the sites and to be used beginning around June 24 - 2024. Materials shall meet or exceed current WSDOT Standard Specifications and/or amendments thereto. Acceptance of materials shall be as per WSDOT Standard Specifications and/or amendments thereto. Garfield County reserves the right to sample and test each load delivered to the site for quality. Materials not meeting minimum specification are subject to penalties as per WSDOT Standard Specifications - which may include no payment for rejected materials.
