Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, according to the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents (PS & CD). The Base Bid work for the above contract includes the following treatments to the respective streets, alleyways, and parking lots: Full Pavement Reconstruction: o Lake Geneva Boat Parking Lot F (at S Lakeshore Dr / Baker St) o Entrance to Gino's Parking Lot (Center St / Wrigley) 2-3 Inch Asphalt Mill and Overlay: o Circle Dr (at Miller Rd) o Pond View Ln (at Dodg-e St) o Dodg-e St (between Pond View Ln / McDonald Rd) o Spring St to Grove Street Alleyway Sidewalk Improvements o Henry St (between Williams St / Center St) o North St (between Warren St / Madison St) o Wells St (between Cass St / Campbell St) Sidewalk New Construction o Baker St (North side, between Lake Shore Dr / Wells St) o Edwards Blvd (West side, between Townline Rd / Park Dr) Trail Repaving o Bike Path Townline Rd (North side, between Hudson Trail / Edwards Blvd) Major work items and approximate quantities include: 1,500 tons HMA Pavement, 7,850 SF of Concrete Sidewalk, 1,500 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter, 2,500 CY of excavation common / excavation common - EBS, 2,050 TON of Base Aggregate Dense, and 2,250 SY of landscape restoration. These improvements also include clearing & grubbing, driveway replacement, sawing asphalt and concrete, traffic control, pavement markings, and erosion control.
