The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of storage mezzanine repair services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to realign a mezzanine's horizontal support beam and replace required hardware in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 493110. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately to be eligible for timely award. Participants will meet at the Altus Air Force Base South Gate no later than 8:30 AM on day of
the site visit and will be escorted to the location. Visitors must have a valid Governmentissued Identification Card.
The South Gate is located off Hwy 62 on N207 Rd (approx. 1 Mile East of Altus).
Late arrival to the south gate area may result in denial of access to the installation. See attachments for full details.
